Many of my clients come to me looking for fresh and new meeting space in the Hamilton area. Sometimes its easy to book the same venue over again but switching it up and finding a space that satisfies your specific needs for each individual event is always best to ensure success.
Here are a few that I love!
The C Hotel is central Hamilton and right off of the highway. I love the Dolce room because you have access to their rooftop patio. Because it’s the only room on the top floor, there is no need to share a wall with another party.
This room offers a sociable setting for your event and more opportunity to network with their unique set up offering round tables of 6 instead of the standard rounds of 8.
Have you seen this space? Don’t be intimidated that its in the heart of our downtown core. This modern venue is perfect for a networking event or Lunch & Learn. They’ve even hosted modern day wedding ceremonies.
It offers tones of space, flexibility with caterers of your choice and its budget conscious. Street parking is available.
I have a serious soft spot for this little gem. The Apartment is the private event space at The Aberdeen Tavern. It’s located above the restaurant, on the second floor. It’s a beautiful modern space, newly renovated with so much natural light. Parking is limited to street parking but this treasure is for intimate functions. 28 is max capacity for a seated function and cocktail receptions are available for up to 40 guests.
The best part about this venue… The cuisine is arguably some of the best in the city. (seriously…)
4. The Art Gallery of Hamilton
This venue is gorgeous and offers multiple options and rooms to choose from. Its timeless, white and bright.
The perfect space for an anniversary party, a ceremonial celebration or recognition event. I’ve even hosted many cocktail receptions in this space. Save this venue on your list for a more formal affair.
5. Sarcoa
Sarcoa is a spectacular space located in the North end of Hamilton. You can rent out the entire place or their smaller event space, The Pier. The best part about this venue is the gorgeous view and patio. If you rent The Pier room or the main room, you have a private patio for your guests so you don’t have to share with anyone else! Summer is near and we all need our patio time! It offers ample parking which can be a challenge to find… a huge plus!
6. The Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG)
The RBG offers a number of beautiful rooms and options. They’ve recently renovated their space so you’ll love what they have to offer.
The best part about the RBG is that it’s a central spot if you have clients coming from Hamilton and Halton, a HUGE plus!
Hamilton is full of options when it comes to great venues… I could write a novel! What’s your fav Hamilton venue for corporate events? Share in the comments below!
